FREE Lawn Care Services	TPD wants to take care of you and that means keeping your property looking its best. So while your property is vacant our team of lawn care professionals will cut and trim your yard for free. We don't stop there though, after your property is rented we will drive by from time to time and make sure the tenant is keeping up the lawn. Tenants, if you need help maintaining the yard we will be happy to contract our services with you for a reasonable rate.
FREE Snow Removal Services	It doesn't snow that much here in the valley but when it does TPD will make sure to shovel and salt your property's walks and driveways while its vacant. This means potential renters won't have to trudge through the white stuff and track it onto your beautiful floors. We strive to keep the property ready to show at all times.
FREE Home Inspection by Our Staff	We will review your property when you list with us and you will never be charged for this service. This inspection will review any possible issues before renting the property. We call this "Rental Readiness" and its to help keep nasty surprises from cropping up after a tenant has moved in. No one likes finding out the AC doesn't work on the first hot day of summer! This helps provide assurances to prospective renters that properties listed with TPD are good to go and increases the properties chances for lease.
FREE $20 Home Repair Allowance	Most management companies are happy to cover minor expenses and send you the bill. Usually without any prior notice. TPD thinks there is nothing more frustrating than opening your monthly statement to find a bill for repairs that you never even knew were done! That's just plain wrong! So TPD will cover all minor expenses that are under $20 for a month. We'll include a list of those repairs on your monthly statement but you will never be billed for those charges ever.
Monthly Owner's Statements	TPD tries to keep it's owners informed as much as possible. We provide an easy to read and understand owner's statement every month. We can provide this through e-mail or paper statements. Lastly, our web site provides an owner login section where you can always see the most recent activity on your properties.
Home Cleaning Service	When your Tenant moves out, TPD contracts with a top rated cleaning service to make sure your property is looking it's best for any potential tenant.
Regular Property Reviews	TPD believes that property management is more than just finding tenants for your property. We believe it means making sure that the tenants maintain the property to the high standards we strive for. So we will regularly check up on all our properties and if we find an issue we will work to resolve it quickly!
Network of Licensed Repair Professionals	TPD always works to minimize repairs but sometimes things break and it is necessary to call in a professional to get it fixed. We have a large network of handymen, electricians, plumbers, and appliance repair men. If it needs fixed we've got a person for the job.
Tailored Marketing Plan	TPD has several options for marketing your property so that we can find quality prospective tenants as quickly as possible. TPD utilizes both print and online resources and continually looks for new ways to market your properties.
For Sale Property Listings	TPD is a full service property management company. We focus on the rental market but if you decide you want to sell one of your properties listed with us, we have the ability to list that property and have a solid network of real estate professionals to help service your needs.
Electronic Deposits for Owners	TPD believes in making things easy. So owners can provide TPD with their bank account information and we will direct deposit the monthly rent right into their bank. No need to worry about getting a check and waiting for the money to clear. Its your money so we want to get it to you as quickly as possible. We'll still send you a monthly statement for your records but now you won't have to worry about the check getting lost in the mail!
